“WICCO contracted with Bill to write a federal grant proposal for $1.5 M that was successful. Bill was very efficient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. His insight into the grant writing process was a terrific guide. Bill’s ability to clarify and sum up what made our project special is no doubt a primary reason for the award!”
